Welcome to Valador Tactical’s website.  Valador Tactical was born of our desire to deliver security and weapons training in a modern, innovative and comprehensive manner to our government clients and the public at large. We do this by developing effective, innovative and diverse security and weapons training programs that deliver actionable skills and pertinent information. From soldiers on foreign soil who must understand the enemy’s weapons and be prepared to pick them up and defend themselves, to the average citizen seeking personal protection training and an understanding of state laws, Valador Tactical stands ready to deliver the right expertise and experiences.

Additionally, our research and development efforts bring continued development and expansion to our security and training capabilities. For example, Valador Tactical will soon offer dynamic inventory management capabilities to gun owners and dealers that will prevent theft, allow tracking of missing items and provide instant inventory assessment capabilities.

At Valador Tactical, we’ve successfully developed a high-performance team that embodies the values of our company responsiveness, honesty and integrity and a passion for our work. Our clients rely on these values for support in times of crisis as well as during normal operations.

Kevin T. Mabie is also the President and CEO of Valador Inc. (Valador), an Information Architecture company whose mission is to protect and develop our Nation’s technologic, strategic and military assets. Founded in 2001, Valador has rapidly grown to a company with nearly 80 employees and revenue over $20 million. Valador was recently listed on the 2013 Inc. 5000 list. Valador is also an employee-owned company. It is one of my strongest beliefs that every employee should own a piece of Valador. I believe that long term-sustained growth can only be achieved with bright, motivated, and loyal employees. When we started Valador, we wanted to attract the best and brightest, so we combined stock ownership with great benefits. Valador pays for 100% of health premiums, and contributes up to 25% of salary into a profit sharing program. Unlike most of our competition, we don’t win with low costs by cutting employee benefits.

Thank you for your interest in Valador Tactical. We invite you to explore the site and learn about us and the exciting work we are performing.
