1. Can I purchase any items through this app?
    Answer:
    You cannot purchase guns through the GunShow App, but a reservation feature will be available in our future release.
  2. Do I have to make an account to use this app?
    Answer:
    You will need an account to purchase tickets to the show, but you do not need one to browse through items or register for training.
  3. Will my profile be available for everyone to see?
    Answer:
    No, your account will not be public.
  4. Can I cancel my ticket purchase if I change my mind?
    Answer:
    No.  There will be no cancellation, exchanges, or refunds.
  5. How can I find an item that I like?
    Answer:
    The vendor’s information will be listed on the item’s page. Our app will have an indoor map feature which will come out in our future release.
  6.  Can I download the GunShow app to my Android phone?
    Answer:
    Currently, the GunShow app is available for iPhone only. We are adding support for the Android in the next release.
  7.  Can I use PayPal to pay for ticket?
    Answer:
    Yes. Our app supports payments for both PayPal and credit cards.
  8. Would I get any discount for purchasing the tickets using the app?
    Answer:
    No. You pay the same price for the tickets, but you will save time by not waiting in line for the tickets.
  9. Is my credit card information secure?
    Answer:
    Yes. We use data encryption for handling your credit card information, and we do not store your credit card information in our database. Once a purchase completes the payment data is destroyed.
  10. Is there any charge for using the GunShow app?
    Answer:
    The GunShow app is free for all attendees that download the app from app store.
  11. Does the app accept prepaid debit or gift cards?
    Answer:
    Yes, the app can process any prepaid card that has one of the major card brand logos (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).
  12. Will I get a receipt after purchasing the ticket?
    Answer:
    Yes, the receipt will be sent to the email that you registered with the app. Therefore, make sure the email that you registered is valid.
  13. Will the app work without any internet connection?
    Answer:
    The app downloads the basic information of a specific show you have selected in the first page. If you have successfully getting into a show, the app will work as a catalog which means you will have the ability to view all items that vendors have posted at the moment you clicked into the show. But, you won’t be able to receive any hot deal, create account, nor buying ticket.
  14. Will the app work on my iPad?
    Answer:
    With the answer being said in the question above, yes, our app supports iPad but works the best with internet connection.
